Mitsubishi ASX

The Mitsubishi ASX is a proven compact SUV that combines practicality with nimble urban handling, making it a popular choice for buyers seeking affordable, efficient daily transportation with weekend adventure capability. The vehicle offers a balance of style, performance, and efficiency, positioning it as a pragmatic alternative in a competitive segment.

Powering the ASX is a 2.0-liter MIVEC petrol engine delivering maximum output of 110kW at 6,000 rpm and maximum torque of 197 N·m at 4,200 rpm. The engine pairs with an INVECS-III CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) tuned for effortless acceleration from any speed, while sporty paddle shifters enable smooth electronic gear shifts. The ASX offers dual drivetrain options: 2WD and 4WD configurations, with drivers able to choose between 3 driving modes to match preferred driving style and road conditions.

Interior features include an 8-inch touchscreen for navigation and rear-view camera, plus up to 358 liters of cargo space available with 5 occupants. A panoramic glass roof offers views from every direction with LED lighting at night. Safety is reinforced by Mitsubishi's RISE (Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution) body, which efficiently absorbs energy and maintains cabin integrity in collisions. The Active Stability Control system analyzes vehicle motion and applies braking power to maintain stability.

The ASX remains a practical, affordable compact crossover that appeals to budget-conscious buyers and those seeking nimble city runabouts with light off-road capability.
