Paperwork
Export documentation
Clearance delays almost always trace back to missing paperwork. Beyond Autos issues the full UAE-side export pack and coordinates country-specific certificates in parallel so the vehicle doesn’t sit in a port yard waiting on a form.
Standard export pack
- Commercial invoice
- Declares the sale, price, and parties. Needed by customs, your bank, and the destination clearing agent.
- Packing list
- Details what's in the shipment — especially useful for container loads with spares or documents packed alongside the vehicle.
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Issued by the shipping line, transfers title at destination. We ship the original to you by courier the day the vessel sails.
- Certificate of Origin
- GCC-chambered document certifying the vehicle was exported from the UAE. Unlocks preferential duty rates in several partner countries.
- Export certificate
- UAE government certificate confirming the vehicle is cleared to leave the country with no outstanding liens.
- Original vehicle title
- The manufacturer's statement of origin or UAE registration card — required for buyer registration at destination.
