Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of beyondautos.com (the “site”) and any inquiry, quote, or vehicle purchase that you process through it. Beyond Autos (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates from Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the terms below.

About our vehicles: all vehicles listed on the site are brand-new export units, either held in bonded stock at Jebel Ali Free Zone or sourced or pre-ordered for you. Prices are quoted FOB Jebel Ali or CIF to the buyer’s port, as stated in the written quote. Specifications, colours, and availability are taken from the manufacturer’s build sheet at the time of listing and may change without notice — the final contract of sale (proforma invoice or purchase agreement) is the binding record of what you buy.

Inquiries and quotes: an inquiry submitted through the site is a request for information, not a binding order. We confirm stock, price, and terms by email reply. A sale is formed when you countersign a proforma invoice or purchase agreement and your 20% deposit is received in cleared funds. The 80% balance is then due as stated in that document.

Payment and delivery: payment terms, shipping timelines, and destination-port handover are governed by the proforma invoice or purchase agreement you sign for each transaction. We are not liable for customs duties, taxes, or fees levied in the destination country — import clearance is the buyer’s responsibility or that of their appointed clearing agent.

Content and accuracy: we make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle listings, specifications, and pricing accurate, but the site is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for typographical errors, outdated availability, or third-party content (including manufacturer images, brand assets, or destination-country regulatory information).

Intellectual property: the site, its design, and its editorial copy are the property of Beyond Autos. Manufacturer logos, model names, and vehicle images are the property of their respective owners and appear on the site for descriptive purposes only.

Prohibited use: you may not scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or automate access to the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt and usual browser access. You may not submit inquiries in bad faith (spam, test orders without intent to purchase, abusive content).

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) where applicable. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Dubai.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the version in force. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
