Beyond Autos

Process

How to export a car from Dubai

Seven steps, no surprises. Every Beyond Autos export runs the same flow — so whether you’re buying a single Land Cruiser for a customer in Lagos or a 40-unit fleet for a dealer in Lima, the timeline and paperwork look the same.

  1. 01

    Inquiry

You share target model(s), destination country, and timeframe. Our Dubai sales desk confirms availability, spec options, and typical transit to your port within one business hour (GMT+4).

  2. 02

    Quote

We issue a written FOB Dubai quote plus an indicative CIF landed cost at your destination port. Bulk orders receive wholesale pricing; single units are quoted at retail.

  3. 03

    Payment

30% deposit to lock the vehicle in our Jafza yard, balance on proforma invoice before loading. Wire transfer, letter of credit, or escrow — whichever fits your country's banking norm.

  4. 04

    Inspection

Every vehicle is inspected at Jafza before loading — mechanical, cosmetic, electronic, and compliance checks. You receive the checklist plus 25+ timestamped photos before we ship.

  5. 05

    Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, export certificate, and the vehicle's original title. Country-specific extras (EAC, form C30, VOC) are handled in parallel so clearance is never the bottleneck.

  6. 06

    Shipping

Departure on the next weekly sailing from Jebel Ali — RoRo for sedans/SUVs, container for multi-unit or high-value cargo. Transit ranges from 18 days (East Africa) to 35+ days (South America).

  7. 07

    Delivery

Vehicle arrives at your port with a full paperwork pack. Our vetted in-country partner handles customs clearance, registration support, and onward delivery to your dealership or yard.
