What does "Pre-Order Only" mean?

The vehicle is not held in stock. It is sourced directly from the manufacturer in China after you place a pre-order, in the Chinese specification shown on the vehicle page.

Where is the vehicle delivered?

Vehicles are delivered CIF to your destination country, or FOB Jebel Ali, Dubai for onward transit. We agree the option with you on WhatsApp.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Each pre-order has a minimum quantity, shown when you request a price. You confirm your quantity before we open WhatsApp.

Question 4

How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?

Accepted Answer

A 20% advance deposit secures your vehicle allocation and production slot. It is non-refundable, except where Beyond Autos FZE cannot deliver the vehicle because it is permanently unavailable.

Question 5

When do I pay the balance?

Accepted Answer

The remaining 80% is due when the vehicle arrives and we send you the Arrival Notice by email, WhatsApp or phone.

Question 6

What happens if I do not collect the vehicle within 7 days?

Accepted Answer

You have 7 days from the Arrival Notice to pay the balance and take delivery. After that the pre-order may be cancelled, the 20% deposit is forfeited, and the vehicle may be resold.

How do I get a price?

Open the vehicle page and choose "Get Price on WhatsApp". Accept the Pre-Order terms, enter your quantity, and we continue the conversation on WhatsApp.
