Export Toyota Coaster to Ghana
The Toyota Coaster comes with a manufacturer warranty covering three years or 100,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. This bumper-to-bumper coverage includes the engine, transmission, electrical systems, and structural components. The diesel powertrain—core to the Coaster's durability in tropical and high-mileage environments—is fully covered under the standard warranty period.
Toyota operates a unified global warranty database, which means your Coaster exported new from Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) in Dubai is recognised by Toyota authorised service centres throughout Ghana. You will not need separate validation or re-registration of the warranty once you import the vehicle. Present your export invoice, original VIN documentation, and warranty booklet at any Toyota authorised dealer in Ghana, and coverage is activated from the date of first registration in the country.
To claim warranty service, visit a Toyota authorised service centre in major Ghanaian cities such as Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi. You will need your vehicle registration documents, the original warranty booklet, proof of purchase from Beyond Autos (export invoice), and the vehicle's VIN. Authorised technicians will diagnose the fault and proceed with repair or replacement of defective parts at no charge within the warranty period. Typical turnaround for straightforward claims ranges from one to five business days, depending on parts availability and workshop capacity.
The warranty becomes void if the vehicle is modified with non-OEM components, if scheduled maintenance intervals are missed or performed at non-authorised workshops, or if the vehicle is used for purposes outside its intended design (such as racing or extreme overloading). Repairs conducted outside an authorised Toyota service centre also forfeit warranty coverage for those components. Additionally, any damage resulting from neglect, accident, or use of non-genuine fuel or lubricants will not be covered.
