Export Toyota Rav4 to Ghana
Toyota covers the RAV4 Hybrid with a three-year, unlimited-kilometre manufacturer warranty from the date of first registration. This bumper-to-bumper coverage includes all mechanical and electrical components. The powertrain—engine, transmission, hybrid system, and drivetrain—is covered under the same three-year term with no separate extension.
Hybrid-specific components, including the battery pack, inverter, and hybrid control modules, are covered as part of the standard warranty at no additional cost.
Toyota operates a global warranty database. Your RAV4 Hybrid imported new from Jebel Ali Free Zone is eligible for warranty service at any Toyota-authorised dealer in Ghana, provided the vehicle carries original factory paperwork and the export invoice from Beyond Autos. The warranty transfers with the vehicle and does not require re-registration with a local dealer to validate.
Accra and other major Ghanaian cities have Toyota service centres capable of honouring warranty claims on imported vehicles. You will need to present your export documentation, original invoice, and warranty booklet to initiate service.
Contact the nearest Toyota-authorised service centre in Ghana with your vehicle, export invoice from Beyond Autos, original warranty booklet, and VIN documentation. The service centre will inspect the vehicle and assess the claim against the warranty terms. Approved repairs typically take 5–10 business days depending on parts availability and the nature of the work. The centre will bill Toyota's warranty system directly; you pay nothing for covered repairs.
Warranty is voided if the vehicle has undergone non-OEM modifications, including engine tuning, suspension changes, or aftermarket electronics. Missing scheduled service intervals at a Toyota-authorised centre also voids coverage for related components. Repairs performed outside the authorised network, severe neglect, accident damage, and use in racing or commercial taxi operations are not covered. Any repair attempted before reaching an authorised dealer may jeopardise the claim.
