Export Toyota Sienna to Ghana
Toyota's manufacturer warranty on the Sienna hybrid covers three years or 100,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. This bumper-to-bumper coverage includes all factory components and systems. The hybrid powertrain—battery, electric motor, and related control modules—carries the same three-year term as the conventional mechanical parts, with no separate powertrain tier.
Toyota operates a unified global warranty database recognised across Africa, including Ghana. When you import a new Sienna from Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) with an authentic export invoice and original factory documentation, Toyota authorised service centres in Ghana will honour the warranty from the vehicle's original in-service date. You do not need to re-register or re-stamp the warranty booklet in-country; the OEM records are electronically linked. Bring your original sales invoice, VIN plate documentation, and warranty booklet to any Toyota authorised dealer in Accra or regional centres to validate your coverage.
Present your vehicle, export invoice, warranty booklet, and service records to a Toyota authorised service centre in Ghana. The technician will inspect the fault, verify the warranty status in Toyota's database using your VIN, and proceed with repair or replacement of defective parts at no charge if the claim falls within the coverage period and conditions. Turnaround typically ranges from a few days to two weeks depending on parts availability and service queue. Labour, diagnostics, and OEM parts are all covered; you pay nothing for eligible repairs.
Non-OEM modifications, including aftermarket suspension, engine tuning, or electrical upgrades, void coverage for affected systems. Missed scheduled servicing intervals at authorised Toyota centres will void warranty claims related to that neglect. Accident damage, off-road abuse, or water ingress from driving through flooded roads are not covered. Repairs performed by non-authorised technicians or using counterfeit parts also forfeit warranty protection on those components.
