Export Toyota Yaris to Ghana
Toyota backs the Yaris with a three-year or 100,000 kilometre manufacturer warranty, whichever comes first. This bumper-to-bumper coverage includes components across the entire vehicle—engine, transmission, electrical systems, suspension, air conditioning, and trim. The powertrain (engine, gearbox, and drivetrain) is covered for the full three years or 100,000 km with no additional mileage cap. Toyota's warranty is recognised for its consistency across markets and straightforward terms.
Toyota operates a global warranty database that recognises new vehicles exported from authorised dealers, including those shipped from Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) in Dubai. When you purchase a Yaris as a new, unused vehicle from Beyond Autos and import it to Ghana, the factory warranty remains valid provided the vehicle is registered with an authorised Toyota service centre in Ghana. Your export invoice, original VIN paperwork, and the vehicle's warranty booklet (stamped at delivery) are the key documents that establish eligibility. Toyota Ghana's network of authorised dealers will honour claims on vehicles that meet these conditions.
To claim warranty service, take your Yaris to any authorised Toyota service centre in Ghana. Present your original export documentation, warranty booklet, and vehicle registration. The service centre will verify the vehicle's VIN against Toyota's global database to confirm coverage status and claim history. Most routine warranty repairs—parts replacement, labour, and diagnostics—are completed within 5–10 working days depending on part availability and the complexity of the issue. Emergency roadside assistance may be available through Toyota's network; confirm directly with your local service centre.
Non-OEM modifications, including aftermarket engine tuning, suspension changes, or electrical upgrades, will void coverage for related systems. Missed scheduled service intervals at authorised Toyota centres will also void the warranty; follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual. Off-warranty repairs carried out at non-authorised garages do not affect future coverage, but any damage resulting from such work may not be covered. Accidents, flood damage, and wear items (brake pads, filters, fluids) are typically excluded. Always use genuine Toyota parts and authorised service to protect your warranty.
