Standard warranty

Toyota backs every new Corolla with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty. The standard coverage runs for three years or 100,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. Validity in Ghana

Toyota operates a unified global warranty database, which means your Corolla imported new from Jafza is fully covered in Ghana from day one. Toyota recognises imports from authorised export zones like the Jebel Ali Free Zone, and the warranty transfers immediately to you as the first registered owner. You do not need to have the vehicle validated by a local dealer—the warranty is valid as soon as you take delivery. Your export invoice and original Toyota warranty booklet are your proof of coverage.

Claim process

When you need warranty service, take your Corolla to any authorised Toyota service centre in Ghana. Bring your original warranty booklet, the export invoice from Beyond Autos, and your vehicle registration documents. The service adviser will check your mileage and service history against the warranty terms. Most routine warranty claims are processed within 1–3 working days, depending on parts availability and the complexity of the repair. Toyota's parts network across West Africa means common components are usually in stock.

What voids the warranty

The warranty lapses if you miss scheduled service intervals at an authorised Toyota centre. Non-OEM parts, modifications, or repairs carried out outside the authorised network can also void coverage for related systems. Accidents, misuse, and damage from poor maintenance are not covered. If you use non-genuine Toyota fluids or fail to follow the owner's manual guidelines, the manufacturer may deny claims tied to that neglect.
