Toyota operates a unified global warranty database. When you import your new Sequoia Hybrid from Jafza through Beyond Autos with a valid export invoice and original factory documentation, Toyota Ghana authorised service centres recognise and honour the warranty without additional local registration or validation fees. Your vehicle's VIN and warranty booklet stamps travel with you; no second contract is required. This global recognition is one of the key strengths of buying a Toyota for import markets like Ghana.
Present your vehicle, export invoice, original warranty booklet, and service records to any Toyota authorised service centre in Ghana. The technician will verify your VIN against the global warranty database and assess the claim on-site. Labour and genuine parts are covered under warranty; you pay nothing for eligible repairs.
The warranty becomes void if you install non-OEM parts, miss scheduled service intervals at an authorised Toyota centre, or attempt repairs outside the authorised network. Off-road abuse, modifications to the engine or hybrid system, and accident damage also fall outside coverage.
